How Internet Marketers Get Income Security Online?
One of the biggest challenges that separates the full time marketers from the part time internet marketers is the full timers have ‘income security’ If you want to go full time online, you need to have income security in place.
Knowing that you will get relatively the same pay each month (if not the exact same) is a reassuring feeling, knowing you can relax and not have to worry about how much money you’re bringing in. This is one of the benefits a typical 9 to 5 job offers.
Shouldn’t this be important in an online business as well?
That’s exactly what I thought, so I wanted to share a few things you can do to make sure you are bringing in a monthly income even if you have a bad month and your typical sales are down.
The best thing you can do by far is to create or promote a membership site. From my personal experience I have both created and promoted memberships sites for the past few months and have noticed a nice increase in my income from very little effort.
Think about it… all you have to do is get a visitor to join a membership site, and then you will be able to get monthly paychecks (assuming the membership site is good). I admit I’m not the expert at membership sites… I made a lot of mistakes with my first membership site and it probably cost me a lot of money and I’m not sure I provided enough value – like I typically do with my products.
The lesson I learned is, don’t just create a membership site without knowing how to create a good one!
You see, I didn’t know how much content to provide and I had no idea how I would create enough content on a monthly or weekly basis.
