PostHeaderIcon Finding A Niche Maket – Affiliate Programs Internet

Here's your free instant access to List Building Exposed 2.0

When you think about niche, you think about a narrow group of people who are passionate about a specific product or service. To access those niche market groups, you will have to do research to see where you can find them.rnrnOnce you have successfully found your niche, then you will know how to service that niche. You will be able to tell exactly what they like, their age group, and whether they will spend money on a product that you want to offer or not. Take a look at Finding a Niche Market.

The World wide web offers excellent tools; free and paid, that will help any on the internet business to do an extensive research on their target market. One of those tools is keyword research tools.rnYou have to know what your target audience is searching for on the internet and that is why the Internet can be such an invaluable resource. Once you have this vital information, there is no reason why you cannot succeed.rnrnYour next step is to start by writing articles, selling other people’s product as an affiliate, creating your own products, submitting valuable comments to blogs, daily comments to your own blog and learning about search engine optimization so that you can update your content to suite the search engines.rnrnHang out in forums that your target market is hanging out.

If you are selling a book about wine, you would search for “wine + forums,” in the search engines to find the different forums that you can sign up and participate in. In fact, forums can provide a wealth of information of other things that your niche market might be interested in and you can capitalize on that as well.rnrnYou can outsource some of the work for your niche business because forums do take up a bit of your time. Writing articles can be a breeze if you don’t think too much and you don’t have to write long articles. You can use those same articles to post on your blog, if you would like to. To learn more about niche marketing and how to tap into a targeted niche, I highly recommend that you go to Finding a Niche Market.

PostHeaderIcon A Small Modification Can Make a Huge Differance

Here's your free instant access to List Building Exposed 2.0

A simple modification can make a huge difference. I once had a site that was getting decent traffic yet wasn’t making any sales. What I did was tried to identify what was holding this site back from being successful. I first thought it wasn’t getting enough quality traffic so I began to work on getting more traffic.

I soon decided maybe it was my actual site. I began to put myself in the visitors shoes and realized that what was really holding me back from being successful was that my site wasn’t set up in a way that could easily make sales.

I decided to put up more links to the sales pages and change my links  so that they were bigger and more noticeable. I also change the wording to inspire more action. These three changes made a huge difference in my success and I realized an important lesson.

What’s holding you back may be a number of different things you just have to identify the correct problem and come up with a solution. This one aspect could make or break the success of your business.

Any ideas?

PostHeaderIcon Power of Piggybacking Part 1

Here's your free instant access to List Building Exposed 2.0

Through my ventures in online business I have found that a process known as piggybacking has been very useful at saving time and money. First of all I will explain what piggybacking is and how you can benefit from it. Then, I will give you some methods of piggybacking.

What is “piggybacking”?

According to Wikipedia Piggyback marketing is “used to reduce risk, and more established companies can leverage the brand and market reach of a partner to help them very quickly pick up the credibility and awareness needed in new market segments.” What exactly does this mean? It means that you use other businesses research… to develop your business.

Yes, it is very useful and I use it almost every day. There are many ways to piggyback, but I’m going to share one of my favorites with you today. This is the process I follow when I have a niche business that I have established.

I look at the top performing sites for the keywords I am targeting for example let’s say I am targeting “basketball” as my keyword. I would go to google because I get most of my traffic from the google search engine, it would make sense to choose the top performing sites on google.

So I have found the top site for the keyword “basketball” I’m skipping NBA.com and Wikipedia for basketball because they are established sites for other reasons than normal link building and SEO. The third site is basketball.com this is the site I want to use.

Now is the important part I take the full url for basketball.com and I will enter it into yahoo’s site explorer (you will find this by doing a simple search) this site is very valuable because it provides the most links for your site.

Another option is typing into google link:http://your sitename.whatever this will provide high ranking sites that link to you. You can also do this with any search engine. On another note, while doing this with one of my niche sites I just found out that someone has posted a freelance job for someone to copy my website. I’m not too happy so I will be continuing this post at a later time.
