Automation Software and Outsourcing both provide huge advantages to your business. Save you time and money is essential to be successful in any business. Having both automation tools and outsourcing resources will provide you with great possibility for success, if they are used correctly and are of good quality.

Let me make this clear before going into more detail, I have nothing against outsourcing and believe that they will always provide tons benefits to your business. Also they are real people and provided they do good work, treat them like people, this is how they make their living. If they do a good job and you are happy with their performance toward your business due consider offering them a bonus.

As a continuation from my previous post about Google Conquest and automation being the future of the internet business, I said that automation software will soon become more readily available and more reliable. This is what inspired me to right about this subject, also being blown away by the demo I say of Google Conquest.

I believe Automation software will change the way the internet business works. Providing quicker access to information sorted better than any search engines are currently providing. This means a shortcut directly to the sites you need to access most likely for getting content or promoting your site.

This gives you more of your most valuable resource “time” and as the popular saying goes time is money. I have recently found an increasing number of new valuable automation tools that actually automate the traffic producing process and as a result have been able to save time and money.

An unfair advantage, in my opinion, when compared to not having these tools and they are only going to get better. Like all technology, the internet is evolving because of this.

Another important point to bring up is that outsourcing can and may still cause a bigger investment of time. Think of how many times you may spend communicating with an outsourcer. Also you need to train them and pay them for every job. Yet, you still don’t have complete control of the work being completed.

The key is finding good people to outsource the jobs to is providing exact action steps for them to follow as well as writing your ad as though you only want the best people for the job. Good people will provide a good reflection of your business.

Your success is all about the resources you have and having quality resources that you use effectively will allow you to have almost unlimited success.

Lets get back to our comparison, lets say you pay someone $3 per hour on the low end to perform a job which can be performed by a good automation software that you pay a one time fee of $150 for. After 50 hours worth of work you will have made the money back from what your outsourcing would have costed you. Assuming you put the same amount of your own time involved.

You may have already thought of this, using an outsourcer that uses the automation software. This combination will allow for huge profits as it can be the ultimate time and money saver.

Some issue to consider would be the outsourcer having access to the software and also training them to use it effectively, but both of these issue have solutions.

You may even want to know if your outsourcing partner is using some automation software already, and charging you an unfair hourly rate. To avoid this issue you may want to pay them based on the job they complete and also consider telling them how to get automation software, that will improve their job performance. Now you just have to decide automation software Vs outsourcing.
